I can breathe!
I am very happy with this spray! After just a few seconds of spraying it up both nostrils, I can finally breathe through my nose again! I have previously used other brands of decongestant spray but am not keen on the feeling I get after using it. I tend to find that it irritates the back of my nose/throat and tastes pretty bad too. This Sudafed spray doesn't do either of those things so it feels like a win/win situation because I can breathe through my nose despite the awful cold I have and I'm not worrying about the irritation that would inevitably follow if I was using my usual brand. Very happy with this product!

Clear to breathe!
I used this when I had a cold recently and I had problems with my sinuses being blocked. I found I got immediate relief from my symptoms when I used the spray and it left my sinuses feeling clear for a long time after use. I was using this about 2 times a day, once in the morning and again before I went to bed to help me breathe better. This helped with my sleep and helped my functioning throughout the day as I felt my head was clearer and I wasn't distracted by the symptoms I was previously experiencing with my sinuses. I would highly recommend this and I will be using it again when I next get a cold!

Effective spray that clears your sinus
I do tend to suffer from a blocked nose all year round, some days manageable while other days I have a fairly runny nose, and as usual during winter months it does get worse. I purchased the SUDAFED Sinus-Ease with the hopes it would help keep the airways clear so as to be able to breathe normally and to minimise disruption to my day-to-day activities. The spray works as expected, although the first few squirts take a while for you to get used to, but after a few days of intermittent use you do get used to it. Overall great product and definitelly recommend it if you suffer from an often runny nose.

It unfortunately made me worse.
This product made me worse. As soon as I sprayed it, I experienced a burning feeling on the septum and/or behind. The burning turned into to a dry, irritating stinging feeling which fades away over a few hours. It also seems to give me a sort of dazed/zoned, almost dizzy feeling. It seems to make the headache worse.
I repeated this three times and the side effects returned immediately on all three occasions. Now however, the muscosa is swelling badly in the areas which it was sprayed, feeling like something is out of place in the nasal cavity, so I won't continue to use it.
It didn't appear to clear my sinuses even though it appears to be used for that. It did reduce congestion a little though.
PS, I had septoplasty in July 2022. 🤷♂️

So easy to use
I was skeptical that it will help me as I always had problems with my nose, all the time I had a cold or flu I would have congestion, then headaches and loss of smell. But not this time. After I started using the spray I could see the difference straight away. In less than five minutes I was like different person. After second use during the day I was far better.
I was impressed. It’s easy to use, very reliable and works perfectly. I will definitely buy it again.
Also it does not leave that taste/smell at the back of your nose/ throat that you feel after using some of the products. Just great

Sudafed Sinus Ease Nasal Spray
I often have sinus problems. From waking up with a cold, headaches, sinus pain in my face to going to bed with one side of my nostrils blocked and a fully blocked nose. I was diagnosed with Sinusitis quite a long time ago but was never prescribed with any medication. Instead letting it ride out. I had the opportunity to try this nasal spray so took it willingly. I used it as directed and within a short time - about half an hour. Usually less my nose was clear and unblocked! I wish I had tried something a long time ago. Why I didn’t, I don’t know. Will definitely recommend to friends and family,

Worked really well
I suffer from chronic sinusitis so I have tried many products, both on prescription and over the counter. I was really impressed with this product. I usually have to use both a nasal spray and decongestant tablets but for the purpose of this review I used just the nasal spray. I was really impressed. The product started working as soon as I used it and eased my symptoms well, clearing my nose and easing my headache. Within 5 days of using it a couple of times a day my sinusitis flare up was gone. I will be keeping a bottle of this nasal spray in my bathroom cabinet for future sinusitis bouts.

Didn’t work for me
I was hopeful about this product after suffering a lot the past few months with head cold, blocked sinuses and pressure in and around my head. The product is easy to apply and instructions are clear. Following a spray into each nostril I didn’t feel much relief. In fact not long after my head felt worse and I began to feel dizzy. Despite use as recommended throughout the day, it didn’t offer much symptomatic relief. The good side to this product is that there was no burning at the back of the throat which you can sometimes find with these products when you’ve inhaled the spray. I personally wouldn’t pay full price for this product and have found the tablets from the same company much more suited to me.
