SUDAFED PLUS Nasal Spray Solution gets to work from 5 minutes with a triple effect that :

Xylometazoline hydrochloride to relieve nasal congestion and Dexpanthenol which is a derivative of the vitamin pantothenic acid to sooth & protect the irritated nasal lining.

Use only in the nose.This medicine is for short term use only.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over: 1 spray into each nostril up to 3 times daily, as necessary.

Do not give to children under 12 years old.

Do not use more than 3 doses in 24 hours.

Continuous use for over 7 days is not recommended.
