Be Careful
This is the best product to clear sinus. These little red tablets contain pseudoephedrine which works and which is only available over the counter. Similar Sudafed products are available on the shelves because they contain phenylephrine which is actually ineffective when taken orally. Phenylephrine-based products are usually mixed with caffeine and paracetamol which are effective ingredients but without decongestant properties.

Very effective
Excellent product that worked better than anything else I've tried. It succeeded extremely quickly in eliminating sinus pain and nasal congestion, without preventing me from sleeping, but fails to work after 2/3 weeks, so I have to take a break of several weeks before re-using.

The best product for severe sinus congestion
I have tried many other products over the years but found nothing else really works properly. I get severe nasal and sinus congestion once or twice a year, and this product clears it sufficiently to relieve the pain, stop my eyes from weeping and allow me to get into work.
